International Integration and the Anti-dumping barrier

Regionalism with the emergence of preferential trade agreements (PTAs) is playing a key role in the contemporary global economy in addition to the multilateral trading system which has been initiated and monitored by the World Trade Organization (WTO). The impact of the negotiation and implementation of PTAs on global-scale free trade is the research interest of academics and policy makers, especially when the anti-dumping measures adoption to import restriction is concerned.

For further discussion on this issue, on 11/5/2020, the Faculty of Business Administration held a Journal Club with the topic: "Preferential trade agreements and anti-dumping protection" with the presentation of MSc. Le Duc Nha. At the Journal Club, impacts of PTAs on global-scale free trade through the use of anti-dumping barriers on imports has been discussed. With the discussion and contribution of lecturers from Faculty of Business Administration, a number of research ideas for the context of Vietnam's economy in the era of integration has been facilitated and oriented accordingly.
