In response to the strong globalization trend in the Tourism – Hospitality – Restaurant industry, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) continuously expands its international collaborations to enhance training quality and foster a multicultural learning environment for students. Recently, the Faculty of Business Administration – Department of Hospitality Management proudly welcomed a delegation from Saxion University of Applied Sciences (The Netherlands) to work and connect with leading hotel groups in Vietnam.

The working session marked a significant step in launching an international internship program for hospitality students from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. According to the initial plan, students will be placed in 4–5-star hotels located in Ho Chi Minh City and other top tourism destinations such as Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, and Da Nang, for internship periods ranging from 6 to 12 months. This initiative not only contributes to the internationalization strategy of the participating institutions but also positions Vietnam as an attractive destination for international students in the field of hospitality and service management.
Through this program, international students will have the opportunity to experience a professional working environment at world-class hotel brands. At the same time, Vietnamese students will benefit from cultural exchange, knowledge sharing, and enhanced global integration skills.
