On July 23, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) – Faculty of Business Administration, Human Resource Management Department, collaborated with Pontech Joint Stock Company to organize a Leadership Coaching program for the company's middle-level management team. Pontech Joint Stock Company is a specialized structural consulting and engineering firm that has participated in many strategic Viaduct and Railway Bridge projects such as high-speed railways, urban railways, and large industrial complexes.
The program was led by PhD. Nguyen Chi Doan Hanh and MBA Tran Phuong Nga – two experts as well as lecturers from the Human Resource Management department who have extensively experienced in academic and practical organizational and leadership development projects.
With the goal of shifting the mindset from operational management to transformational leadership, the program's content, through the Unlearn – Relearn – Drill Deep model, helped managers to:
- Break away from the "supervising – executing" role and transition to "leading – inspiring."
- Build a leadership mindset based on the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Analyze the current leadership style and build a personal development roadmap using the GROW model.
- Restructure leadership competencies including: strategic communication, empowerment, systems thinking, decision-making in uncertainty, employee coaching, and building a high-performance culture.
- Prepare succession resources (Early Manager Program) and ensure sustainability in team management.

With a strong combination of academic knowledge and practical coaching experience, the collaboration with a specialized applied research unit as Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), Faculty of Business Administration, will help valued corporate partners effectively address current challenges and prepare a solid foundation for sustainable development strategies, thereby enhancing human resource competitiveness in the modern business environment.
