On June 26, 2023, at Ton Duc Thang University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Human Resource Management cooperated with Vietnam Tax Consulting and Training Joint Stock Company (VTAX) organizing the MOU Signing Ceremony to establish a close cooperation relationship in the field of education in general as well as to accompany in the process of training human resources in particular.
At the signing ceremony, the Faculty of Business Administration was pleased to welcome:
- Mrs. Dong Thi Nhu Anh - General Director of VTAX Company
- Ms. Tran Hoa - Director of Human Resources
- Dr. Phung Minh Tuan – Vice Dean of Faculty
- MBA. Vo The Sinh – Head of Business Cooperation
- Dr. Tran Thi Phi Phung – Head, Department of Human Resource Management
- And all lecturers from Department of Human Resource Management
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Phung Minh Tuan - Vice Dean of FBA emphasized that the Faculty of Business Administration always focuses on theoretical training associated with practice. Therefore, students of the Faculty of Business Administration soon have access to the real environment at enterprises through internships, career internships, knowledge-sharing sessions from experts, business leaders. In particular, in the training program, for specialized subjects, the Faculty often connects with businesses to coordinate training, teaching, building projects and case studies for students to apply their knowledge to solve business problems. From there, students can visualize more specific jobs in the future and accumulate useful professional skills for their careers after graduation. At the same time, Dr. Phung Minh Tuan also hopes that through the signing of this cooperation agreement, the Faculty of Business Administration as well as the Department of Human Resource Management and VTAX Company will have more and more in-depth cooperation activities and achieve positive results.
On this occasion, Mrs. Dong Thi Nhu Anh - General Director of Vietnam Tax Consulting and Training Joint Stock Company VTAX also expressed her wish to accompany the Faculty in training activities. Ms. Nhu Anh also wishes to carry out the mission of "giving value" from what VTAX has in order to create conditions for students to learn and approach the real environment at the enterprise while still at the university. This will contribute to helping students have more opportunities and competitive advantages in future jobs.
