In the afternoon of July 8, 2019, Prof. Perry Hobson, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Global Engagement at Sunway University (Malaysia) and Prof. Joseph Lema from Stockton University (USA) visited TDTU and had a meeting with the Faculty of Business Administration.
Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly, Dean of Faculty and lecturers welcomed and discussed with Professors the training, program development and research in the field of Hospitality. Moreover, the faculty members also introduced a recent project which is comprehensively in cooperation with TDTU : Tourism Development for Binh Dinh Province.
Prof. Perry Hobson and Prof. Joseph Lema have critically evaluated with many practical suggestions in order to improve the tourism of Binh Dinh Province. Their contributions were to build a sustainable tourism infrastructure; emphasize on the cultural development of local characteristics in tourism business; strengthen supervision to limit mass tourism development like those cases from other localities; develop nocturnal activities to maximize the potentials of domestic and international tourists.
On the same day, Prof. Perry Hobson also signed an agreement with the Faculty of Business Administration to jointly work on the project: Tourism Development for Binh Dinh Province.
