At 9:30 on November 12, 2024, in Hall 6M, the seminar "Building Sustainable Start-ups: From Product Management to Strategic Solutions," organized by the Faculty of Business Administration in collaboration with leading experts in the field, was successfully held at Ton Duc Thang University. The event attracted a large number of lecturers, students from the Faculty of Business Administration, and representatives from affiliated enterprises.
In the seminar, Nguyen Huyen Trang, PhD, International Development Specialist at DREAMAPPLY, and Mr. Nguyen Gia Hung, Director of Empire Central Co., Ltd., shared valuable knowledge and practical insights on sustainability in entrepreneurship. Key topics included:
● Product Management in Start-ups: Mr. Nguyen Gia Hung discussed the role of product management in maintaining and developing products that meet market needs. He also provided practical examples of how product management can help start-ups achieve sustainable growth.
● Strategic Solutions and Long-term Vision: Ms Nguyen Huyen Trang highlighted the importance of designing long-term development strategies to support the sustainability of start-ups. With her international development experience at DREAMAPPLY, she shared strategies to help businesses adapt to change and grow strong in today’s competitive landscape.
A standout feature of the seminar was the illustrative examples showing how product management and sustainable development strategies can help start-ups optimize operations and better meet customer needs. This gave students and businesses a realistic and vivid perspective on this field.
Additionally, the speakers addressed numerous questions from attending students, such as the essential skills for building a sustainable start-up, common challenges, and ways to optimize products to meet sustainability requirements.
At the end of the event, students and guests gained a deeper understanding of the importance of sustainable development in entrepreneurship and opened up many learning and growth opportunities for the future. We believe that with the knowledge and skills gained from this seminar, students will have more motivation and a clearer direction to pursue the path of sustainable entrepreneurship.
