On November 13, 2024, Ton Duc Thang University successfully hosted the seminar “Together with Marriott Senior Leaders to Drive Success”, attracting the enthusiastic participation of hundreds of students from the Hospitality Management program. This event provided a unique opportunity for young students to meet and listen to insightful, practical advice from senior experts at Marriott International, while also connecting with top recruiters in the hospitality industry.

The seminar featured discussions with senior leaders from Marriott International, who shared in-depth insights into future trends in the hospitality sector. The students had the chance to engage in direct Q&A sessions, receiving invaluable advice from seasoned professionals. Special Highlight: Alumni - Nguyễn Minh Anh - Returns to Share Her Journey
A special highlight of the event was the presence of Nguyen Minh Anh, an alumnus of the Faculty of Business Administration with a major in Hospitality Management, who is currently working at JW Marriott Hotel Suite Saigon. Minh Anh returned to her alma mater to share her success story—from her early career challenges to her current role at one of Vietnam’s most prestigious 5-star hotels.
During her talk, she shared her journey of overcoming obstacles in the hospitality industry, encouraging students to stay persistent in pursuing their passions and continuously strive for self-improvement. Her valuable experiences, ranging from making the most of internship opportunities to mastering job application skills for leading corporations, served as both inspiration and guidance for many students.

Beyond knowledge sharing, the event was also an excellent opportunity for students to connect directly with Marriott’s recruiters, opening doors to internships and job opportunities for those eager to build a career in the industry.
