Talkshow:“Test Disc Applied In Human Resource Management"

On the afternoon of October 13^th 2023, the Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University in collaboration with the BAC - Human Resource Management club successfully conducted the Talkshow "Test DISC Applied in Human Resource Management" with the enthusiasm from the students and enthusiastic sharing from the speakers:

• Mr. Vo Van Thien – Recruitment & Admissions Director - JobTest.

• Ms. Dang Thu Huong – HRM Lecturer, L&D Passion, Founder project: Students Experience - JobTest.

The talkshow gave students a new perspective on L&D in the Human Resource Management, most especially, students had the opportunity to experience test DISC at home and clarified their personality throughout the talkshow.
