The Amazing HR Land 2021 - The Finale

The Amazing HR Land  is an annual contest for Human Resource Management specialisation, organized and hosted by the Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University. Up to now, the contest has been a really rewarding playground for students who are interested in Human Resource Management and want to gain insights about this industry.

Following the success of the previous two seasons, after more than 2 months since the first round, "The Amazing HR Land 2021" has attracted the attention of not only the students from Ton Duc Thang University but also those of the students of other universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Through the preliminary and semi-final rounds, the 4 best teams were revealed: TNK, L2N, BLACK SWAN, FLY HIGH from Ton Duc Thang University and Foreign Trade University, Campus II. The contest teams have made great efforts to learn and prepare for themselves a lot of knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management to be able to attend the final round, taking place on April 24, 2021 at Hall 6B - Ton Duc Thang University.

The organizer of the contest - BAC - Human Resource Management is honored to welcome representatives of the sponsors from BMG Business Training, BestB Group Investment Fund, HNP Viet International Company. Male.

The judges from the enterprise are:

The representative of the jury of Ton Duc Thang School is MA. Vo The Sinh - In charge of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Business Administration.

The judges worked together with the highest sense of justice and responsibility to choose the team that deserved the most in the finale.

The teams have completed 3 rounds from quickly answering questions related to knowledge to handling personnel situations right on the stage with a confident manner, winning against the judges, guests and the audience. The contest teams brought suspense and tension as well as transmitting enthusiasm to the audience.

With careful preparation and knowledge accumulated during the competition, the TNK team excellently won the championship for this year. The runner-up position was equally excellent with team FLY HIGH and the third place belonged to team BLACKSWAN and L2N.

Through the team performances, the jury saw the enthusiasm, solidarity and conquer the competition, not only in terms of expertise but also the professionalism of the teams. All contestants have won themselves with this breakthrough in this important moment, knowledge, experience and agility are the luggage you get after the contest.
