Workshop: “Logistics & International Freight Forwarding Post COVID -19. MTP 2022 & Expectation From ITL"

On the morning of October 30, 2021, Department of International Business, Faculty of Business Administration collaborated to organize an online workshop with ITL Group: “Logistics & International freight forwarding post COVID -19. MTP 2022 & expectation from ITL" on the OnMeeting application platform. The seminar received the attention and participation of a large number of International Business students.

The program is honored to have the participation of Ms. Pham Thu Thuy- Director of International Freight Division - Sotrans Group, Mr. Huynh Vinh Nhan - Strategic Account Management  - ITL Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc - Deputy General Director - VP of Human Resources - ITL Corporation, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Minh Thu - Key Account Team Leader.

Coming to the fascinating topic, students can acquire practical knowledge, learn and interact with industry experts. With extensive experience in the profession and illustrative examples, speaker Pham Thu Thuy and speaker Huynh Vinh Nhan helped students visualize an overview of the Logistics market and international freight segment in the current period. the "new normal" segment.

With the skill training topic "Improvisation", speaker Nguyen Quoc Thuc shared with students’ methods such as strengthening their own thinking, creativity and agility, acceptance, ready to adapt promptly when there are changes in the process of studying, working at the enterprise as well as in life. In addition, the speaker and students discussed the Management Trainee Program 2022 as well as the company's expectations about human resources after COVID-19, especially attractive job opportunities at ITL group. By participating in the Enterprise Administrator Trainee Program, students not only gain employment opportunities but also receive trainings to become future talented leaders. Through the sharing, the speaker wants the students to always be ready to change and adapt to the current digital transformation context.

Throughout the workshop, international business students boldly asked questions around issues of the logistics market, supply chain, the impacts of COVID-19 on businesses and the ability to " Improvisation" shared by the speakers and received useful answers. The enthusiastic and open exchange between the speakers and the attendees helped the students understand more about specialized knowledge as well as become more solid in their future career orientation.The workshop created an opportunity for students to gain more practical knowledge, expertise in the field of study and job opportunities at enterprises. Through the program, the Faculty of Business Administration hopes to continue to cooperate with ITL Group in upcoming activities and events to give students the best resources for their future.
