On the morning of October 29, 2022, the Department of International Business, Faculty of Business Administration jointly organized with ITL Group a business sharing session on practical experience and the Management Trainee program at ITL. "Pathway to advance your career - Shining Champion" at meeting room A403. The seminar received the attention and participation of a large number of international business students.
The program was honored to have the companionship of business representatives such as Mr. Thorsten Tin - Country Operations Director of Cold Supply Chain, Mr. John Thai - Senior Operations Director of CL, Mr. Bruce Long - Deputy Director Sales Director, and Mr. Simon Thuc - Deputy General Director of VP - Human Resources.
Coming to the fascinating topic, students can acquire practical knowledge, learn and interact with industry experts. With extensive experience in the profession and illustrative examples, Mr. Thorsten Tin and Mr. John Thai introduced students to the cold supply chain and how to operate a cold storage facility.
In addition, Mr. Bruce Long shared with students about the transportation service of super-sized and super-heavy goods. Practical skills and knowledge about transporting help students have a realistic view of the Logistics Supply Chain industry. Since then, it is expected that students must always be ready to change and adapt to today's diverse and complex working context.
Besides, the students also had the opportunity to talk about attractive job opportunities at ITL Group. By participating in the Management Trainee at the enterprise, students not only have job opportunities but also be trained to become future leadership talents. Speaker Nguyen Quoc Thuc introduced to students about Career opportunities in Logistics Supply Chain industry. He and students discussed about the Administrator Trainee Program 2023 as well as business expectations.
The program received a lot of interest and questions from the students.
