At the workshop, doctors from S.O.I Clinic shared insights on neck, shoulder, and back pain – problems arising from the specific nature of prolonged sitting, physical inactivity, or chronic work pressure. Through the presentation, attendees were equipped with knowledge about the causes, early warning signs, and risk factors affecting the musculoskeletal system.

Additionally, the doctors introduced proactive healthcare methods based on traditional medicine, such as massage, acupressure, combined with light exercises and adjustments to daily lifestyle habits. Notably, attendees were also guided through some simple exercises that can be done at home to reduce pain, improve blood circulation, and maintain bodily flexibility, suitable for the working conditions of lecturers and staff.

Beyond theoretical sharing, the program also offered practical experiences as the medical team directly screened and provided consultations on neck, shoulder, and back issues for the lecturers and staff. This activity helped participants clearly identify their personal health conditions, thereby making appropriate adjustments to prevent and improve their long-term health.
