Department of Human Resource Management in collaboration with Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University (United Kingdom) organized a 2-day workshop entitled:”Challenges in Human resource management, from research to practice” with the participation and enthusiasm from lecturers and students.
With the experience and expertise in teaching and research, the 2 guest lecturers have introduced contemporary studies on HRM and somehow inspire the students with their future study.
On December 16, 2022, the students enjoyed the enthusiastic sharing from the Assistant Professor. Dr. Mai Vu with the concept of ethics, research methods in business as well as proposed new proposals in qualitative research in business ethics.
And on December 17, 2022, Dr. Diep Nguyen also helped the participants better understand the challenges, the role of the manager and quantitative research on individual happiness in the workplace.
After 2 days of meaningful knowledge and experience sharing, the students have gained a lot. This engagement activity is a part of academic exchange opportunities between the Faculty and Northumbria University (UK) for all majors.
From this occasion, it will strengthen the partnership between Ton Duc Thang University, the Faculty of Business Administration with Northumbria University and Newcastle Business School.
