On 22/03/2023, Hospitality Management students had a chance to visit and learn more from Cara Lighting Solutions Company (Cara Lighting, Lot 12-13, N1 Street, Processing Zone). Export Tan Thuan, District 7, HCMC).
During the training session, students met and interacted with members of the Board of Directors of the Company, including Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thong (Founder and General Director), and Ms. Duong Thi My Hanh (CEO). Students are supported with guidance to visit the applications of light in coordinating emotions and customer experiences in the Restaurant - Hotel.
Cara Lighting Company demonstrated a change in people's perception of color, clarity, quality and appearance of food and accompanying items, simply by changing the quality of light and angle. Thanks to this, students have understood the importance of lighting arrangements in bringing about positive emotions, thereby improving service quality evaluation from customers. In addition, students also have the opportunity to be introduced to the history and development of the Company, as well as the characteristics of corporate culture at the Company.
After the tour, the students had valuable experiences and had more opportunities to improve their knowledge and skills in the Hospitality industry.
