On November 15, 2025, students from the Business Administration program – Hospitality Management major of Ton Duc Thang University participated in a hotel tour and practical learning session at Mai House Saigon Hotel, one of the prominent 5-star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City.
During the program, the students were warmly welcomed by Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Hòa – Training Manager of Mai House Hotel, who provided an insightful introduction to the hotel’s operations. With extensive experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Mr. Hòa shared valuable knowledge on several key topics, including:
- The organizational structure and the roles of different functional departments
• International-standard operational procedures
• The 5-star service standards implemented at Mai House
• Professional requirements and essential skills needed for hospitality personnel
In addition to the theoretical sharing session, students had the opportunity to visit key operational areas such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, enabling them to directly observe workflow processes and the strict quality standards maintained throughout each stage of service delivery.
This hotel tour provided students with practical, hands-on insights, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the professional working environment in high-end hotels while strengthening their career orientation for the future.
