On November 16, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration at Ton Duc Thang University hosted the "Ngày về trường" event to honor alumni and students, featuring engaging activities that fostered connections among generations.
The program included a football tournament with teams comprising faculty members, alumni, and current students. The alumni team emerged as champions, while the student team secured second place, creating an atmosphere of excitement and camaraderie.
The afternoon session featured an alumni gathering attended by faculty leadership, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly and Dr. Phung Minh Tuan, as well as notable alumni such as Mr. Nguyen Van Trong and Ms. Ngo Thien Thao. Dr. Ly expressed gratitude for the opportunity to connect learners with businesses and highlighted the importance of continual knowledge updates for alumni.
The event also reflected on the first season of the FBA Mentoring Program, with plans for a second season focused on entrepreneurship. The gathering is part of a series of activities celebrating the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, which includes various competitions and community engagement initiatives.
