Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) has just been officially recognized as a member of AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business: Association of University Business Teaching Development).
AACSB certification is granted to the School of Business Administration-TDTU.
AACSB is the world's most prestigious accreditation organization with more than 100 years of history of establishment, operation and development; was established in the United States in 1916. AACSB conducts accreditation of commercial business schools or faculties. Among all the criteria of AACSB, the core principle is continuous development.
AACSB's set of accreditation standards requires schools participating in accreditation to quantitatively control activities; and use that as a basis for continuous improvement. Up to now, there are only 874 business schools / schools in 56 countries / territories around the world that are accredited by AACSB (accounting for less than 5% of the total number of business schools / faculties) of the world.
This organization has received the consensus and participation of many of the world's leading universities; such as Harvard Business School (Harvard Business School), Stanford University (United States); Imperial College London, University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom), University of Toronto, University of British Columbia (Canada), University of Melbourne, University of Sydney (Australia).
As such, being AACSB-certified as a member will give the Faculty of Business Administration and TDTU the opportunity to cooperate with prestigious universities in the world; as well as regular exchanges and access to information on how these schools operate in an open community.
