On March 12, with the participation of teachers and lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration, especially Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly, MSc. Dinh Kim Nghia shared a new research direction on the issue of hope, optimism and resilience to performance, job satisfaction, work happiness and organizational commitment which represented for workplace. This is an interesting topic and has received a lot of attention in the scientific world, so many research directions can be developed.
The final results indicate that there are the significant positive relationships among and unique contributions of hope, optimism, and resilience to job satisfaction and work happiness; beside the hypothesized relationships among and unique contributions of employee optimism to more objective performance and employee hope to job satisfaction, work happiness, and organizational commitment.
The academic session ended after a lively discussion between the teachers and lecturers on the topic above to accumulate specific knowledge and improve their scientific research skills.
