Besides the knowledge that students have studied at school, practical problems also important to them. The visiting tour to Ajinomoto company is an opportunity for students to know and experience some activities in the enterprise. It helps them understanding of the knowledge they studied at school as well as the opportunity for them to explore the practices at the company. For this reason, the Marketing Dept. - Business Administration, TDTU has organized the tour for students to visit Ajinomoto Factory in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.
Then tour began at 8:30 am, 13 April 2016 with the participation of Principles of Marketing students and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong - lecturer of Business Administration Faculty. Nearly 3 hours here, we had the pleasant experience, rewarding and unique phenomenon at the Ajinomoto company. The first impression when we arrived at here, it is the warm welcome of the staffs from the company. They are young, enthusiastic, cheerful, witty connect with us a very natural way.
At the conference room, Ms Han gave us some information about history of Ajinomoto company as well as and history of Umami.
We also visit directly factory produce Aji-ngon product. Mr. Thuat has guided us touring around the the factory from primary processing of raw materials, production, packaging line of products, product storage, inventory and promotions warehouse.
After the visiting factory tour, the students was comeback to the hall for Q&A session. Here, the company staffs explained the production process ofseasoning. The process was illustrated by the visual image, stop each stage and explain clearly for the students. In addition, we were also shown how to distinguish between the truth and the fake of products.
End of the tour, students received the meaningful gifts from the company, along with the enthusiastic introduction to the company, explain the questions we were very clearly. A trip will be a good memory for students, we still remember the welcoming smile of staffs here.
