On January 4th 2019, Dong Phuong Group celebrated a ceremony to welcome the students at The Adora, located at 421 Ngo Gia Tu, District 5, HCMC. Students were very excited and eager to be divided into groups and at the first step to place into specific position and learn their task.

On December 19th of 2018, the ranking organization UI GreenMetric World University Rankings (UI GreenMetric) announced the results of ranking the world's top universities for the most sustainable development in 2018. In this year's ranking results, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) is ranked 182nd out of 719 universities.
Based on empirical findings of the project, several outputs have been transferred to Gia Lai government for application to the policy making and implementing practice. On December 7th 2018, the intensive training course for investment promotion to transfer research outputs of the project was organized at Pleiku City (Gia Lai)

After more than two months of competition, on November 16th, the final round of the competition “Logistics Arena 2018” is held at the Conference Hall 6B of Ton Duc Thang university, the top 4 teams of the most talented contestants were revealed
