The 1st training session in preparation for Hospitality Spirit Contest 2019 has begun.
6pm on October 18, 2019 at room B601, the contestants of Hospitality Spirit Contest 2019 received a training session about Food & Beverage culinary skills led by MSc. Pham Kim Diem An, lecturer from Department of Hospitality Management. The session also welcomed head of the department, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tien Mr. Nguyen Quoc Loc - Lecturer. At the session, contestants were introduced to the types of event organization, how to set up the table, how to share dishes and practice the skills to set up the table, 10 basic types of folding towels and participated in some games prepared by the lecturers. It was just the first day but the contestants found the tasks quite challenging ,however, they were all confident that their team would do well on the upcoming contest day.

The 2nd round of the contest will continue until 26/10/2019 to find out TOP 10 for the final round.
