On November 22, 2024, the Marketing Department successfully organized an industry visit for students enrolled in the English-medium and High-Quality Bachelor’s Programs at the Southern MobiFone Network Center. This was a valuable opportunity for students to gain practical insights into business models, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative practices in the telecommunications sector.
Exploring Practical Knowledge at MobiFone
The visit began with an overview of MobiFone delivered through an immersive CLIPVR360 video, providing students with a comprehensive view of the company’s facilities, business operations, and corporate culture. This state-of-the-art technology offered an engaging and realistic experience, reflecting MobiFone’s commitment to innovation.
Following the introduction, students attended a thematic session titled “AI and Its Applications in Business”, presented by Mr. Hoang Kim Anh Dung, Director of Enterprise Customer Relations. The session provided not only an overview of artificial intelligence (AI) but also practical applications in the telecommunications industry and related fields. Through real-world examples, such as AI-driven customer service chatbots, big data analytics for strategic planning, and predictive customer behavior models, the session delivered valuable knowledge and inspired students to embrace technological advancements in their future careers.
