On September 20, 2024, at Hall 10F, Department of Hospitality Management in collaboration with Accor Group hosted the employability talk show "MASTERING CV & INTERVIEW SUCCESS TIPS", which drew a large crowd of students. The session produced a lively mood and provided important information on how to develop an outstanding resume and succeed in interviews.
We were very happy to have two exceptional guest speakers:
- Ms. Nguyen Le Bao Huyen, Director of Talent and Culture, Sofitel Saigon Plaza.
- Mr. Dinh Van Luu, Talent and Culture Manager, Pullman Saigon Centre.
From the Faculty of Business Administration:
- Dr. Phung Minh Tuan - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration
- Master. Vu Nguyen Tram Anh - Lecturer of the Business Administration department.
- Master. Nguyen Quang Phong- Lecturer of the Business Administration department.
- Master. Luu Huy Hoang-Lecturer of the Business Administration department.
With considerable expertise in the restaurant and hotel industries, the presenters provided in-depth information of what companies seek in a possible recruit. The presenters offered advice on how to develop a professional CV that will stand out amid hundreds of other candidates. Everything, from presentation to word choice to promoting personal qualities, is thorough and simple to follow.
The question-and-answer session went well, with students asking brave questions and receiving helpful advice from the presenters. The program's atmosphere grows more open and welcoming, allowing students to discuss ideas and learn from one another.
The students who attended the talk show "MASTERING CV & INTERVIEW SUCCESS TIPS" were very impressed. We hope that the knowledge and skills taught will help students gain confidence in their job search and achieve success in the future.
