After several trainings, TOP 11 teams successfully completed their competition throughout 3 different specialized operations: front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping.
On 28th October, 2019 at room B604, the contestants performed their final competition and officially completed the 2nd round of the contest. The intensive competition was as followed:
- Front office operation: including introduction of hotel room standards, receptionist standards, hotel reservation procedures, check-in, check-out procedures for guests, introduction of services at the hotel and deal with guests’ complaints
- Food service: setting up the banquet table. The products of the contestants impressed the judges with their creativity.
- Room service: making a bed within 8 minutes.
The organizers concluded the results and announced TOP 4 excellent teams to compete in the final round namely: Warrior, Lightstone, DDAT, Flamingo.
