Journal club: How Online Reviews Affect Customer Decision Making Across Different Social Models: The Moderating Role of Cosmopolitanism

On the morning of February 1, 2021, at the Meeting Room B, the Faculty of Business Administration held an academic sharing session with the participation of all lecturers in the Faculty. On behalf of the research team, MSc. Nguyen Thanh Nhan presented the scientific research on the impact of online reviews on how customers' decision-making on different social models. Through this research paper, the authors aim to propose a research model to measure the impact of online evaluation. The research was done meticulously when surveyed in 3 different countries and regions including Vietnam, Thailand and Taiwan (China) based on snowball sampling and reference from previous studies. Since then, the research team wants to have more in-depth research on the change of customer perception while reading product and service reviews on the online platform.

After finishing the research presentation, lecturers in the Faculty had a time to discuss actively and actively about the contributions and limitations of the research topic. At the same time, it also suggested the next new research directions can be implemented in the near future.
